Sample written with my chartreuse and teal Symbicort pen on computer paper

Styles of handwriting are as unique as snowflakes. Each person's is a combination of their physical, emotional and artistic make up. In this interesting meme passed to me by Leah of the blog Weather in the Streets, I find seeing a sample of each blogger's writing gives substance to their cyber-personality.
Here is a sample of mine. It is a quick and utilitarian style. I always wanted to have beautiful cursive like my friends: Jeanne, Cathy, and Julie. They all went to parochial school. The one thing I have noted over the years is that the nuns sure can turn out students whose cursive writing stands above the crowd. Like I said, I would love to write so beautifully but for that to become a reality, I would have to practice. Not gonna happen. I will never slow down long enough to spend that much time penning and really prefer the quickness of a keyboard these days. I'm getting old. Gotta maximize every minute.
If you would like to share a sample of your handwriting, just stop by and leave me a note that you've posted yours. I'll be right over for a peek. Curious as a cat, am I.

Lol,cool!I will do it too.
Have a nice day :)
you know, i am with you...gimme a keyboard...unless i am writing romantic poetry...then i'll slow down and write. max those minutes!
Oh - I love this - and I'll do it later and let you know - right now my house guests are stirring......here's the question I've always had:
if I make my s, e , r's differently in the same word or sentence - does that mean I am a crazy schizo or just flexible? hmmmmm
I think you write very well and it looked pretty to me. As long as it is legible than it is great handwriting or printing. And yours was so it is great. I promised Banio that I would do one and so I guess I will. She found a sight that analysis your writing, pretty fun too.
Thank you for all the coning, I go today to my first PT class and we will see how I do I have been exercising it so much that I hope I am a little bit ahead of the game. Will write about it tonight on my Mrsupole's Crap website. Come visit and if you want to be a guest author let me know, it is lots of fun there.
God bless.
Candie: Allright! Let me know when you post.
Brian: Romantic poetry? I would love to read some written in you hand.
Mary: I think that makes you flexible. Enjoy your guests.
Sherry: Good look with your PT and I'll read about your progress at the new site. Look forward to seeing your sample writing.
I'm loving looking at everyone's handwriting! I've got to do this...
If you saw mine, you would probably say, "WTF is that!"
Wonderful!
I love the way "scrawl" sweeps off like that.
Megan: I can't wait to see yours. In fact, I just saw that you posted. I'll be right over.
Otin: I WANT to see yours. I WANT to say WTF! I'll be buggin' you.
Leah: Thanks for giving me a fun and EZ meme.
I like to alternate between drafts: keyboard / pen.
This is such a fun meme. I don't know a jot about handwriting but it's really interesting. Megan's looks just like her, big and wide and open. Leahs was a surprise, I thought it would be mad and scrawly but yours is so you, changeable swishy, relaxed, open . .perfect! Otin give in to the force! And if Brian wasn't married . . .
LOVE seeing your handwriting! I'll post an image of mine tomorrow. It really does convey a facet that can't be described in any other way. Very cool!!
Love the new banner, too. Talk about pyramid power!
Hi
just posted mine on Marys Verandah
Dave: I imagine that some of your poetry looks beautiful when hand written.
Baino: I find it interesting that you used these words to describe my handwriting: changeable swishy, relaxed, open. In a nut shell, that is the nature of my personality. Funny.
Reya: I look forward to seeing your handwriting! And, yes, I thought that was an amazing pyramid too. It is new to the arboretum this year and positioned right at the entrance. I love how our arboretum features local and national artists.
Mary: I'm on my way over!
Utilitarian is the word! Mine much more than yours.
You have at least a few ornamental elements left.
But I like people with utilitarian handwriting. Always have. :)
Christina: I like people with utilitarian handwriting too, Christina. I think I consider my personality to be utilitarian also.
